We just got the truck back after the body shop had it for almost 2 months. Nothing was wrong; they did, but it was always waiting on the insurance company. But it's beautiful. Everyone who touched it did an awesome job. I want to thank Kelly personally; he was sure to keep me in close contact with what was going on and where they were with the work on the truck. We know Paul painted the truck, and he did an amazing job. You can't tell where he had to repaint the fender to blend in with everything. I don't know who the bodywork guys were, but we also want to thank them. I would definitely recommend The Body Shop to friends.

The stories are true! Assigned to a rep who doesn't even try to communicate to you. I have to call in to get updates. It's the same old story every time I call in. They will say next week the car will be fixed. Call the next week...oh the parts are ordered still waiting, check back Friday, callback on friday, still waiting for parts, try next week, called next week not ready yet. This has dragged on. Dropped off vehicle 5/5. It's now 5/29. They said try again next week. save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Communication is horrible. this was for a minor fender damage, this shouldn't take almost a month! for all this wait I should have just ordered a fender and put it on myself. i have to pay for the rental and then get reimbursed from the other persons insurance. Goodluck to me. sheesh horrible

5-Star Review (10/10 if possible!) I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Jeep being rear-ended, but thanks to The Body Shop at Kings Auto Mall, the entire repair process turned out to be genuinely outstanding. The shop wasn’t on State Farm’s approved list, but after hearing excellent feedback from others, I decided to go with them anyway. From the very first meeting through to the final delivery of my vehicle, I was blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first approach. Every step was handled with clear communication, transparency, and a true commitment to quality work. A huge shoutout to Greg, who went above and beyond. He personally assured me that everything would be taken care of — dealing with the insurance company, the repairs, and all the logistics — and he delivered on that promise 100%. Th repair took almost 6 weeks instead of the 2 I was quoted. That isn’t a big deal, but I had to keep calling to get an update. When I went to pick up my car it was filthy and the back door didn’t latch properly. There was a fine dust and white specks everywhere inside. My black all weather mats looked gray. I took it back the next day. The door was an easy adjustment- no big deal, but they did what I would consider a quick wipe down. I didn’t have time to wait longer. The dust was coming out of the vents. Th seats were dirty. I didn’t realize how dirty the trunk was until about a week after I picked it up. The paint job near the trim of the wheel well is sloppy. I will not use them again for auto body repair.
